Ian’s background is rooted in a family tradition of craftsmanship. Raised by a DT teacher who had been renovating homes since 1975 and later ran his own building business from 2007, Ian joined the family business in 2014. There, he developed extensive hands-on experience and a deep respect for precision, practicality and pride in workmanship, building an impressive portfolio of projects along the way.
Today, Ian leads and oversees every project, working closely with trusted specialist trades to ensure quality, discipline and attention to detail remain at the heart of everything we deliver. His focus is always on creating bespoke solutions tailored to how our clients live, rather than what is simply easiest to construct.
Alongside the build, our dedicated Client Director brings over a decade of experience in customer service and account management, alongside a genuine passion for interior design. Their role is to ensure each project is supported with clear communication, thoughtful design input and consistent guidance from the initial consultation through to completion, creating a process that feels organised, transparent and confidently managed.
Together, we bring experienced construction oversight, considered design thinking and structured project management — creating a renovation experience that feels calm, professional and expertly delivered.

A deposit is typically required once the project is confirmed, contracted and booked into our schedule, with further payments made at agreed milestones throughout the build. No - we can manage everything for you. However, some clients prefer to choose their own fixtures, fittings or finishes. We’re happy to guide you through options and ensure everything is suitable for the project.
